Cancellation Policy
NN Rent a Car - Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Fees:
- More than 72 hours before the pickup time: No cancellation fee. A full refund of any prepaid amount will be issued.
- 48 to 72 hours before the pickup time: A cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- 24 to 48 hours before the pickup time: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the pickup time: A cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the total booking amount will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- No Show: If you do not show up to collect the vehicle and have not cancelled the booking, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
2. Modifying Bookings:
- Modifications during high season must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may involve additional costs or changes to the rental rate.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
- During high season, refunds or credits due to force majeure will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but may be limited due to the high demand for vehicles.
NN Rent a Car - Early Return Policy
1. Early Return Fees:
- Daily Rentals: If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed return date, you will be charged for the full original rental period, with no refunds for unused days.
- Weekly/Monthly Rentals: For rentals booked on a weekly or monthly basis, if you return the vehicle early, the daily rate will be recalculated based on the number of days the vehicle was actually rented, with no refunds for unused days.
2. Refunds:
- In exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered after applying the early return fees and recalculating the rental rate.
3. Notification:
- Please inform us as soon as possible if you plan to return the vehicle early during high season, but be aware that this may not affect the charges for the rental period.
